Who we are
Basecamp InqB8r is founded, owned and managed by Ed Soehnel. Hear his story for how and why Basecamp InQb8r came to be, here. There are outside contractors involved helping to manage the website and the platform.
You agree to use our products and services only for lawful purposes. You may not post on or transmit through our products or services any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate applicable laws, and any material related to gambling.
We may prohibit conduct, communication, or content that we, in our sole discretion, believe to be harmful or objectionable to individual users, us or our partners, or any rights of our or any third party, to violate applicable laws, or for any other reason that we reasonably believe will bring scorn or derision upon us and our partners, such as spamming, spying, and the like. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we cannot ensure prompt editing or removal of questionable content after online posting or transmittal. Accordingly, neither we nor any of our family, officers, partners, directors, or employees, agents, investors, third-party content providers, vendors, licensors, contractors, or the like, and other representatives of any of them, assume liability for any action or inaction with respect to conduct, communication, or content in connection with our products and/or services.

We are providing my content on an “as is” basis and make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to these items. We disclaim all those representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantibility and fitness for a particular purpose. Further, we do not represent or warrant that the information accessible on is accurate, complete, or current and all information is subject to change without prior notice to you.
Neither us nor our family, officers, partners, directors, or employees, agents, investors, third-party content providers, vendors, licensors, contractors or the like, and other representatives of any of them, are liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products and services, including mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mail, errors, defects, viruses, or delays in operation or transmission. We use reasonable precautions to protect the privacy and security of your information and any other information that you store or transmit using our products and/or services. Our web services are hosted by a reputable third party hosting service and a reputable third party cloud data storage service. We also maintain backup copies of all our data at our place of business via encrypted files and/or files and applications requiring password logins. While our experience with our web services providers has been very good, we make no representation or warranty with respect to backups, disaster recovery, or data security. Specifically, we do not offer the ability to selectively restore content items stored or transmitted using our products or services, nor do we provide any guarantee that some or all of the data content you store or transmit using our service will not be permanently lost or corrupted. You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of any data you deem important.
We use Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) connections to encrypt information flowing though our products and services. Using them is a requirement for using our website and purchasing our products and services.
Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to your information.
Collection of Information
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by my visitors.
We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mails we receive or from communications submitted via the contact form on our website. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with third parties except when such return addresses appear in e-mail text that is forwarded to a third party in the normal course of responding to that e-mail.
For subscribers to our email lists, we will not sell, make available or in any way distribute your e-mail address to anyone else, nor will we send you e-mails other than for the purpose of the e-mail subscriber list for which you are subscribing. We automatically subscribe users to any of our products and services, both paid and free, to our newsletter. Users can unsubscribe at any time. We may also send other emails related to the purchase of and use of our products and services, which users can unsubscribe from at any time.
We do not collect or store any credit card information. We use third party payment processors that handle all of credit card payment processing and we never see or have access to credit card numbers, expiration dates or CCV codes.
We retain any data you give us indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data about your business or company or any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We include your company information in our Company Database, excluding your name, email address, and physical address from displaying. This database is only available to Basecamp InQb8r members. We may also share this data with investors and others in the consumer product industry, excluding your name, email address, and physical address, so only add data about your company up to the level that you are comfortable sharing.
Monitoring of User Accounts
We create accounts on our website for members to access our products and services. We monitor and record the activity of our members on our website. We do this to understand how users use our website so that we can improve it. We also do this to help make sure that users account credentials have not been compromised. If we find that there are excessive logins and/or from different IP addresses, we may suspend an account or revoke access to the platform completely. Please protect your account credentials and do not share them with anyone.
Our website may include links to third-party web sites that are outside of our control. Please check the privacy polices of such sites.
